1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern request-based purchases from Angimade (“we”, “us”), via angimade.com. By submitting a request form, you agree to these Terms.

2. Request-Based Ordering (No Instant Contract)

Submitting a request form does not create a purchase contract or binding order. We will confirm availability by email and the purchase contract is concluded only after our confirmation and your acceptance/payment as instructed.

Prices shown on the website are indicative and subject to availability confirmation.

3. Products

Our products are handmade items. Small variations in shape, color, or stitch pattern are normal and part of the handmade character.

4. Prices & Taxes

All prices displayed on the website include applicable taxes (VAT) where required. Shipping costs, if any, are shown during the confirmation process before payment.

5. Orders & Contract

We may refuse or cancel a request in cases of stock issues, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or other reasonable reasons. If payment was made and we cancel, we will refund you.

6. Payment

We accept the payment methods communicated in our confirmation email. Payments are processed securely via our payment provider(s).

7. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided in our confirmation email. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the provided address.

8. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Cancellation)

Consumer withdrawal rights apply only after the purchase contract is concluded (after our confirmation). If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA/UK (or where similar rights apply), you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

Exception: This right does not apply to custom-made or clearly personalized items made to your specification.

9. Returns & Refunds

Our returns and refund rules are described on the Refunds & Returns page and form part of these Terms.

10. Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within a reasonable time with photos and your order number. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, and disputes are handled by the competent courts/authorities as required by law.
