Refunds & Returns

1. Returns (Standard Items)

The 14-day withdrawal right applies after the purchase contract is concluded (after our confirmation) and you have received the goods. Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are unused and in original condition.

2. Custom / Personalized Items

Custom-made or clearly personalized items are not eligible for the 14-day withdrawal right (where permitted by law). If an item is custom-made, this will be stated on the product page or order confirmation.

3. How To Request a Return

Email angi.made.art@gmail.com with:

- Order number

- Item(s) to return

- Reason (optional)

We will respond with return instructions.

4. Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective/incorrect, return shipping costs are paid by the customer. For defective/incorrect items, we cover reasonable return shipping or provide an alternative solution.

5. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to the original payment method within a reasonable time. Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photos. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.
